Healthcare Professions Accessing the Clinical Tariff

Many of you might be aware that currently art/drama/music therapists do not get any funding to support their training in the form of bursaries unlike many other allied health professionals, medics or nurses and midwives. Also placements who support art/drama/music therapists in their training do not get any funding for time or supervision. This can cause many challenges for students. Currently Jane, alongside BAMT and BAAT has put forward a case to change this, as it seems unfair. We will keep you posted on the outcome.
